Installation Guide – Defensive Barriers
Step 1: Site Preparation
Clear debris. Level ground if needed. Mark barrier line (continuous or staggered).
Step 2: Base Layer Placement
Position first row of welded gabion boxes (with integrated non-woven fabric liner). Ensure level contact with ground.
Step 3: Unfold & Position
Unfold the integrated fabric-lined gabion box. Shape it to rectangular form. Secure corners with built-in ties.
Step 4: Fill with Material
Fill box with sand, gravel, or on-site soil. Tamp every 300mm layer for density. Fabric liner holds fill while allowing drainage.
Step 5: Close & Stack
Fold the integrated fabric top flap over the fill (no separate lid). Tie securely with supplied lacing wire. Stack second layer with offset seams. Lock with vertical pins or spring wire.
Step 6: Final Inspection & Camouflage
Check connection tightness, vertical alignment, and fabric integrity. Attach camo netting if required.
