Applications of Continuous Fence

Installation Guide – Continuous Fence
Step 1: Layout & Marking
Survey the fence line. Mark positions for each pre-welded frame section. Ensure straight alignment using string line.
Step 2: Excavate Post Holes
At each frame position, dig holes to the required depth (typically 500–800mm, depending on fence height and soil conditions). The welded frame tubes serve as both fence panel and support post.
Step 3: Position First Frame Section
Lift the first pre-welded frame section into position. Lower the vertical tubes into the excavated holes. Use a spirit level to plumb the frame in both directions. Temporarily brace if needed.
Step 4: Connect Frame Sections with Pins
Align the second frame section alongside the first. Insert galvanised steel pins through the pre-drilled lug holes on the overlapping vertical tubes. Secure with locking clips or cotter pins. Repeat for each section along the fence line.
Step 5: Pour Concrete & Set
Once all frame sections are connected and aligned, pour concrete into each post hole. Compact thoroughly and re-check plumb alignment. Allow concrete to cure for 48–72 hours.
Step 6: Final Inspection & Gates
Check all pin connections, ensure frames are level, and verify concrete set. Install matching continuous fence gates using the same frame and pin connection system.
