Before painting, the fences must be sand-blasted and cleaned three times: water cleaning — parkerising — water cleaning. The powder we use are Dupont or Aksu which are the international famous brands, to ensure the plastic layer beautiful, firm and smooth, the surface is resistant to ultraviolet and corrosion.

Our product can last for 10 years at least. Usually we will provide 5-10 years guarantee.

Standard export packing: carton, wooden box, pallet or iron frame. Customized packing is available as customer’s requirement.

Certainly. We will provide full set of export documents: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and related certificates.

We will send tracking number, shipping schedule and cargo photos/videos once goods depart. You can check shipment status online at any time.

We take strict export packaging to avoid damage. If damage occurs due to logistics, we will assist with claim compensation and provide solutions.

Yes. Consolidated shipping is acceptable to save your freight cost.

Drawings ready in 3 days, samples finished in 7 days.

We accept various payment methods, including T/T, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance, L/C and bank transfer.

Yes. For sample orders and small trial orders, full payment is required in advance.

Long-term cooperative regular clients can negotiate flexible payment terms.

Yes. We will issue formal invoice and payment receipt after receiving your payment.

After the goods are sent, we will track them in real time and give you timely feedback. After you receive the goods, we will have a dedicated staff to return visits, if there is a problem, we will reply to you within 2 working days.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost. And all the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.

Absolutely yes! Mostly powder-coated steel fences coated with 4-different layers such as:

1. Zinc coating (hot-dipped galvanized)
2. Zinc-phosphate
3. Epoxy coating (anti-rust)
4. Polyester

The following layers make the powder-coated steel fence a good resistance to erosion. With this matter, it can provide up to 30 years or more of service time.

A spraying coating is considered one of the best finishing as it provides a glossy & smooth finish.

Aside from the following colors above, we also accept PVC customization according to your desired colors.

Yes, a metal fence is much stronger, looks better, last longer, and is much more cost-effective in a long run.

Hot dip galvanizing is different from zinc coating spraying and electric galvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing provides an extreme quality than electric galvanizing and other treatments.

3 to 4 weeks is the delivery time range depending on the model and quantity of the fence.

All of our metal fences are very easy to install. Aside from its easy installation, we also provide an installation guide. That’s why you can even install it by yourself.
