Hebei Bending Fence Technology Launches New Eco-friendly Woven Gabion Mesh, Expanding Ecological Engineering Applications with Flexible Structure

The new generation woven gabion mesh employs high-quality galvanized steel wire or PVC-coated wire, manufactured through fully automated weaving equipment to form stable yet flexible hexagonal mesh structures. Compared to traditional welded gabions, its unique double-twist weaving technology provides enhanced deformation adaptability, maintaining structural integrity even under soil settlement or water erosion. Mesh openings can be flexibly customized according to project requirements (standard range: 60×80mm to 100×120mm), ensuring both filling material stability and facilitating natural vegetation growth and water exchange.

The product surface utilizes high hot-dip galvanizing or zinc-aluminum alloy coating, achieving corrosion resistance meeting EN 10244-2 standards with a design service life exceeding 50 years. Meanwhile, the company offers various eco-friendly color options, enabling better integration with natural landscapes.
