The new generation BRC fencing employs special high-strength steel wire as base material, manufactured through intelligent welding production lines with welding point strength increased to 620 MPa, representing 25% improvement over previous models. Unique galvanizing technology achieves zinc coating thickness of 300g/m², delivering exceptional performance in salt spray testing with service life exceeding 30 years. The product additionally features anti-static coating treatment, making it suitable for special industrial applications like petrochemical facilities.
“Our R&D team has developed various BRC fencing specifications tailored to different application scenarios, including ultra-dense mesh models and reinforced frame designs,” stated the company’s Technical Director. “All products have passed ISO 1461 and ASTM A185 standard testing, meeting stringent requirements across global markets.”
